Despite all that though, we never forget
that you, our clients are what's most important. In fact, our office recently
received the Century 21 Pinnacle Quality Service Award again.
The Pinnacle Quality Service Award is Century 21's
highest award for
outstanding customer satisfaction that they give to an office. This isn't
just some minor award that just any Century 21 office receives
either. Very few Century 21 offices (who are already a cut above the rest) are able to
earn this award, because it's only given to those
who truly take those extra steps to take care of their clients.
After all these years Century 21 Harman is
still owned and operated by it's founder, Dave Harman Sr., who's
a very hands-on broker with all those years of experience
backing you and your agent up on every deal. He can and does go
up to bat for you to make sure you don't get the raw end of the
deal when everything doesn't go as smooth as you'd hoped, which,
unfortunately, happens more often than anyone would like in a deal as
complicated as a real estate transaction.
