Real Estate Continuing Education
Throughout every two year period the state requires you to
have 12 credit hours of continuing education. We have 12
different continuing education classes available on video, but
they actually count as a live class as we always have a licensed
instructor around. We have the following courses available:
- Agency (2 Hours)
- Real Estate Contracts (2 Hours)
- Leases (2 Hours)
- Core Course (3 Hours)
- Fair Housing & Ethical Practice (2
Hours)
- Trust Account Seminar (3 Hours)
- Listing Agreements (2 Hours)
- Real Estate Taxes and other Liens (2
Hours)
- Property Management (4 Hours)
- Land Use Controls & the Real Estate Transaction
(2 Hours)
- Environmental Practices & the Real Estate Transaction
(2 Hours)
- DRE Ethics: Deborah Long (3 Hours)
Price: $10 per credit hour or $100 for 12 credits, can be
completed all at once or over a year period at your convenience,
